Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting our team via email or WhatsApp.

Once the product is processed or dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

Custom-made or engraved products cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

We offer a resize/exchange option for unused items. However, delivery charges for both sides must be borne by the customer. The ring must be returned in original, unused condition.

2- After dispatch, delivery takes around (India) or 10–15 days internationally.
