Yes, every Luminous Jewels ring comes with authentic certification for diamonds and metal purity (BIS/IGI, wherever applicable), ensuring full transparency and trust.

3. Do you offer custom ring sizes?

Yes! You can select your preferred ring size while placing the order. If you're unsure, contact us and we’ll help you measure the right fit.

4. What if I order the wrong ring size?

We offer a resize/exchange option for unused items. However, delivery charges for both sides must be borne by the customer. The ring must be returned in original, unused condition.

5. How long will it take to receive my order?

1 - Orders are dispatched within 7 business days.

2- After dispatch, delivery takes around (India) or 10–15 days internationally.

You’ll receive tracking details once your order is shipped.

6. Do you ship internationally?
